Floor Dressing Clear Coat
SaniFloor-30 is the bacterial-, mildew-, and fungal-resistant version of FloorKote-30. The active biocide is AMICAL Flowable, a laboratory-proven anti-microbial and mildewcide. SaniFloor-30 is a water-based, mop-applied, clear floor finish, used in hospitals, schools, veterinary, dressing rooms, gymnasiums, etc., to eliminate the spread of microbes via floor contact. Krystal-Aire is a polymeric, water-based coating, designed to remedy HVAC air-borne contagions, which contribute heavily to the malady called "Sick Building Syndrome". Krystal-Aire provides protection against the growth of bacteria, viruses, fungi, yeasts, molds, and other micro-organisms, including the most difficult to control: Staphylococcus aureus; Legionella pneumophila (Legionnaires' disease); M. Tuberculosis var. bovid (BCG); and herpes Simplex I & II. Additionally, Krystal-Aire protects against metal corrosion. A table of affected organisms is found on page two of the Krystal-Aire technical data sheet, derived from independent studies by Silliker Laboratories, Angus Chemical Company (Biocides Division), hospitals and other research institutions (documentation of complete studies available).
